Changes on the Board of Trustees

Jerome Harden has left the Board of Trustees. Marius Stadtherr was elected as new employee representative. The Board of Trustees is comprised as follows:

Current performance

In March, the PF generated a return on investments of 0.79%. The accumulated result from January to March 2023 thus amounts to 2.61%.

Approval of annual accounts

The Board of Trustees has approved the 2022 annual accounts of both the PF and the SIP. The PF generated a negative total return of -10.53%. The coverage ratio decreased to 110.8% (previous year: 122.0%).

Appointment of auditor

KPMG was confirmed as auditor for financial year 2023.

Appointment of expert

The present expert, Dr. Olivier Kern of Pittet Associates AG, was reappointed for financial year 2023.
